Every one wants the life to be cheerful. life is interesting and as we grow the tendency to loose our happiness always happens. The reason behind is we are not doing the proper walking or not doing the regular routines which we normally do in childhood. The other reason behind is we are being getting stressed in our daily routine works. Time is needed to think of where we are and to re-energize at regular periods. Some will think of doing yoga and others will think of doing exercise. The most important thing is we have to keep our positive energy in our thoughts and actions which drive all our actions.
