Motivation - Simple Yoga

Lot of times we feel or dream something and finally messed up with nothing. It needs a little bit of practice to make up a chart of what we dream and once we start following it with determination and discipline will put us in a right path. We always feel some one needs us to motivate. Believe ! that we have to motivate ourselves to put our effort in right direction

There are six main steps or elements in the process of motivation.

1. Desire: First, to be motivated you must have an intense burning desire to get where or what you want.
2. Decision: You must make a conscious decision on what to aim for.
3. Determination: to climb mountains so that absolutely nothing will stop you. You need to be able to repeat the habits which are necessary to get there.
4. Discipline: It is critical to pay the price whether you like it or not. Motivation is strongest when it is the internalization of your goals and dreams, in other words, when you are headed on a clear path in your life's direction.
5. Focus

Many of them think that only the old aged person has to do the yoga without understanding the necessity of it. Even me too, when we had a session in our college curriculum we never understood the importance of it. I believe yoga will shape the way we work and change the way we think and more important it gives the confidence and will power which is important to fight in these world with peace, health, gratitude. if we start practicing yoga from the child hood our creativity and memory power will have a significant change. Even though we have different yoga, I believe whatever you follow but not work shipping any of the followers will be a good one. one among is Vedathiri, who is well known to every one. Every one wants the life to be cheerful. life is interesting and as we grow the tendency to loose our happiness always happens. The reason behind is we are not doing the proper walking or not doing the regular routines which we normally do in childhood. The other reason behind is we are being getting stressed in our daily routine works. Time is needed to think of where we are and to re-energize at regular periods. Some will think of doing yoga and others will think of doing exercise. The most important thing is we have to keep our positive energy in our thoughts and actions which drive all our actions.
